Yes, we are able to make gluten and dairy free cakes upon request. Although we do not add nuts to our sponge cakes we do add them to fruit cakes.
As soon as possible! We prefer one months notice and have bookings throughout the year.

Cakes and cupcakes are best kept in the cake boxes they are packed in. Do NOT put them in the fridge or in a tin since this spoils the look and taste of them.
