Terms and Conditions

Any allergies must be declared at time of enquiry. Daisy Cakes bySarah takes no responsibility for any food allergies or reactions that are no declared at time of enqiry.

All cakes and cupcakes contain the following allergens: Dairy, wheat (gluten) and eggs. They may contain traces of nuts due to manufacturing processes. If you require further information on allergens please feel free to ask.)

All prices are non-negotiable and according to various factors (design, size of cake, detail etc) and of course obviously include time and skill required.

A deposit of 50% will be required to reserve the date. The remaining balance will then be due a week before collection.Under no circumstances will you be able to pay on collection as I will not start an order before full payment has been made.

If the outstanding balance for your order is not received within 1 week of collection a reminder will be sent. If no response/payment is received within 48 hours of the reminder Daisy Cakes by Sarah reserve the right to cancel your order and you will lose all monies paid so far.

Cakes are ONLY booked into my diary when a deposit has been received.

Whilst I am happy to take inspiration from other decorators designs, photos etc I like to create my own unique, bespoke designs for you and your special occasion.

Any changes to the original agreed design should be made at least 1 week prior to collection date. These will be accommodated where possible but may incur additional charges to original quote.

Any non edible elements eg figures secured with a wooden skewer should be removed before serving. You will be advised of these on collectiion. In addition to this any dowels used to support tiered cakes should also be removed before serving.

Collection times are agreed to fit around my family and personal committments, so please let me know if you are going to be more than 10 minutes late by either text or phone call.

In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your order, please contact me promptly (either at collection or within 48 hours of collection) Please note, refunds will only be considered when the product is returned.

All cakes should be stored in their boxes at room temperature (unless advised otherwise) Do not store in fridge, car, garage etc
